Why Nora Fatehi doesn’t want to compare herself with Malaika Arora?

14 December 2022 (New Delhi): Bollywood actresses Nora Fatehi and Malaika Arora finally broke their silence on the constant comparisons between the two.

In the latest episode of ‘Moving in with Malaika’, Nora revealed that she finds it disrespectful when she is compared with Malaika. She stated, “Malaika has done things I could never do — you are part of the growing legacy of Bollywood, that was a golden time. We talk about the time; we don’t talk about today. It’s not just disrespectful for you, it’s disrespectful for me, because it takes away from the things that I am doing.”

Agreeing to what Nora expressed, Malaika added that whenever she was on a show, the makers would make sure that Nora too was on it. “I figured it was a constant thing that everyone was trying to pit us against each other and putting us on the show.”

Nora then went on to question Malaika if she ever felt bad about the same, to which she admitted that she too is, after all, a human. “There are days at the end of the day when I say, ‘Oh that job could have been mine and now someone else has it.’ That happens all the time.”

“Things like that can break you. You know that someone out there is prettier and younger, and you have to deal with that,” she added.

Both Nora and Malaika are known for their impeccable dancing skills and the two have been judges on several dance-based reality shows.

Interestingly, both Nora and Malaika were recently a part of Ayushmann Khurrana’s film ‘An Action Hero’, wherein both of them performed in two special dance numbers. While Malaika flaunted her moves in the song ‘Aap Jaisa Koi’, Nora sizzled in ‘Jedha Nasha’, which is currently a rage on social media.
