16 December 2022 (New Delhi): The colour of Deepika Padukone’s outfit in the song “Besharam Rang” from Shah Rukh Khan’s much-awaited film “Pathan” has created a lot of controversy. On the other hand, in response to the comment made on Deepika Padukone’s bikini, actress Sherlyn Chopra has supported Madhya Pradesh minister Dr. Narottam Mishra. According to a report in India Today, Sherlyn called Deepika a “tukde-tukde gang sympathizer” and said that it was “not acceptable” that she wore a saffron bikini.

Sherlyn said, “Tukde Tukde gang sympathiser Deepika Padukone dancing in a saffron bikini to a film song called “Besharam Rang” is certainly not acceptable to millions of Hindus who consider saffron to be a symbol of purity, faith, and the colour of devotion.” Sherlyn said, “I completely agree with Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra ji, who, when asked about Aamir Khan performing Kalash Puja and Shahrukh Khan worshipping Vaishnodevi Maa, said that what people believe in can be worshipped, but at the same time he must be mindful of other people’s beliefs and feelings.”

Let us tell you that after the release of the song “Besharam Rang” from “Pathan,” Narottam Mishra objected to the song. He demanded a change and said that if the outfit is not changed, then “Pathan” will be banned in Madhya Pradesh. He tweeted in Hindi, “The costumes are extremely objectionable, and the song has been shot with a dirty mindset.” The song’s visuals and costumes should be fixed; otherwise, whether the film should be allowed in Madhya Pradesh or not will be a matter of consideration.
