Social media has been buzzing about Randeep Hooda’s directorial debut, Swatantra Veer Savarkar, which is based on Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’s life. On March 22, the movie will be shown on big screens. However, before then, Randeep shocked everyone online by posting a photo of his body change for the part. Critics dubbed him “Indian Christian Bale” right away because the Hollywood actor had experienced a comparable metamorphosis for The Machinist.

Randeep Hooda shared a monochrome photo of himself in front of a mirror on Monday, displaying an emasculated and slender appearance. Another person remarked, “Wow Randeep bro, proud of u.” “Indian Christian bale,” a fan said. “Truly the most diligent actor,” commented another.

Randeep’s Tribute to Lokmanya Tilak

On March 14, Randeep paid a visit to the Ratnagiri residence and memorial of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The cast and crew of Swatantra Veer Savarkar accompanied the actor, who shared the photos on Instagram. He was accompanied by actress Ankita Lokhande, who would portray Yamunabai.

Randeep stated in the caption, “One can still feel the energy of revolution where young Veer Savarkar and many were influenced and galvanized to participate in the Swarajya Movement and the struggle for independence.” Visited the house and memorial of one of our freedom struggle’s tallest leaders, Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak ji.” Hooda went on to say that he witnessed Madam Bhikaiji Cama raise the first flag of India in 1906.
