Once Carl von Clausewitz said Courage, above all things, is the first quality of a warrior. While the nation has been trying to secure Beds and Oxygen Cylinders or Remdesivir, one can get exposed to the feeling of being helpless when they are not able to find these resources which has consequences.

In these helpless times, we cannot just sit and wait for these resources to be available at our doorstep and this is where all the #UnsungCovidWarrios come into the play. Be it Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or any other social media platform, netizens with even less than ten followers have joined hands to amplify resources for the covid patients. They have been acting as angel in disguise to help one another. One retweet or share can connect the helpless person to such organisations to seek help.

We as writers can pen down their stories and make sure that these Unsung Covid Warriors are getting more and more recognition by our side. Afterall, in situations like this where our frontline workers have been working hard, we the ones working from home can give these warriors the much-awaited appreciation they need. One such warrior is a nine-year-old child, and she is an Environmental and Climate Justice Activist and the founder of Child Movement (School of Nature and Humanities) residing in India named Licypriya Kangujam. She has addressed World Leaders at the United Nations Climate Change Conference held in 2019 in Madrid.

She has helped in gathering 100 pieces of Oxygens Concentrator by spending her own savings and some of her awards from last year. Not only this, but her twitter is also filled with asking for volunteers in places like New Delhi and Tamil Nadu and even has started her own fundraiser to collect more amount to buy Oxygen Concentrators.

She keeps on retweeting, sharing, and tweeting about every little thing that can help save lives in this pandemic. She is truly an inspiration and has succeeded in supplying Oxygen Cylinder under as soon as an emergency call was made to her from Kalkaji under 30 minutes where the oxygen level of the patient was dropping at 60.

Her dedication is commendable and praiseworthy. The way she is using her platform according to the demand of the hour is a trait that shows the courage she possesses. She is saving lives and is a helping hand that people need and should know about.

Even after receiving some harsh messages, she has not backed off. In the end, as she says ‘this is a small effort from a nine-year-old daughter of India’ has more hidden layers of Courage, dedication, hard-working, passionate and a daughter who is there for everyone around her and for her nation as well.
