“Tragic Loss: Telangana MLA Fatally Injured as Car Veers Out of Control, Collides with Divider”
The 37-year-old, MLA Lasya Nandita of Bharat Rashtra Samithi died today in a road accident in Hyderabad. She was the first time MLA, who suffered severe injuries after her accident when her vehicle lost control and collided with the road divider.
However, she was rushed to the nearest hospitals immediately after the accident but later on she died at the hospital. The driver involved in the crash is reported to be critically injured and is under medical treatment.
Whereas, back 10 days ago she survived another accident in Narkatpally where she survived with minor injuries. On February 13, while she was on her way to Nalgonda to attend a rally by the Chief Minister, an accident occurred, resulting in the death of her home guard.

She have been a prominent figure in the landscape of politics,and have even previously served as a corporator from Kavadiguda since 2016. Born in Hyderabad in 1986, Lasya nandita made her dedication and commitment to public service propelled her further, leading to her successful election as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Secunderabad Cantonment constituency in the 2023 Telangana assembly elections.
Even former senior BRS leader KT Rama Rao took X (Twitter) to express his condolences at Nandita’s sudden death. The driver involved in the crash is reported to be critically injured and is currently receiving medical treatment.

Last year, G Sayanna’s death Lasya was charge with responsibility of carrying forward his legacy. In November 2023 elections, she secured a victory after being nominated as the party’s candidate.
