Social media exploded with the question, Dear Pak How is the ‘Jaish’ now – Know More

The Indian Air force attacked the Jaish -e- Mohammed terrorist camps situated in Balakot and successfully destroyed them without inflicting any casualties from India’s side. This incident marks a shift in the policy of India against terrorism from doctrine of self-defense to the doctrine of hot pursuit. This incident had an impact on the image of India in the international arena.

There was a reaction from the people on the social media like Twitter and other social media have exploded with Indians celebrating, what can be called, a victory against the terrorists. The members of political parties praised the prime minister for giving orders for this brave move by the Indian Air Force. Sharad Yadav congratulates the IAF.

Meanwhile, several political leaders including Congress President Rahul, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, SP leader Akhilesh Yadav, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee are among those who praised the IAF and saluted their bravery.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi tweeted:

Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati congratulated the IAF over the air strike. The BSP chief also said that it would have been better if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had given a free hand to the Army much before.

Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis told reporters: “I’m proud of the Indian armed forces. They have showed Pakistan that the sacrifices of our CRPF jawans will not go to waste. I don’t have adequate information, but based on reports, I know that the IAF has struck a blow to Jaish-e-Mohammed’s camp.”

Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah said that since there was no official confirmation regarding the air strike, it was unwise to speculate anything.

Actors like Ajay Devgn, Anupam Kher, and Abhishek Bachchan, vivek oberoi  reacted with praise for the IAF:

Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi said: “The IAF has gone beyond PoK and into Pakistan near their capital while they were busy counting alms received from Saudi and China.”

“This is Modi’s India,” Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, MoS for agriculture said, promising adequate action against perpetrators of terrorism.

Delighted with the news Gambhir, who time and again expressed his grief over losing the soldiers in the dastard Pulwama attack, wasn’t behind after being made aware of India’s stunning response. He saluted the IAF for their response and wrote, “JAI HIND, IAF @IAF_MCC @adgpi #IndiaStrikesAgain #IndiaStrikesBack #IndiaStrikes.”
