Ahead of the release of the much-talked web show Broken But Beautiful 3, Alt Balaji has landed itself in trouble.

A web show that has been the talk of the town since the trailer was released featuring Sidharth Shukla and Sonia Rathee is all set to stream on ALT Balaji next week. However ahead of it, ‘Shame on AltBalaji ‘ has begun to trend on Twitter and the reason behind it is Shehnaaz Gill’s fandom.

Shehnaaz Gill recently featured in an Instagram live session where she urges everyone to watch Sidharth’s debut series. However, the Twitter handle of AltBalaji apparently liked a tweet that trolled her.

An Abusive tweet featuring a meme regarding Shehnaaz but promoting Sidharth Shukla and his upcoming series was liked by AltBalaji’s Twitter handle.

This has led to fans of Shehnaaz Gill feeling let down and they expressed their displeasure by bombarding Twitter with #ShameonAltBalaji hashtags.

Sharing the screenshots of the liked tweet by Alt Balaji, which has now been unliked, the Netizens demanded an ‘apology’ .While many of them also uninstalled the app and posted low ratings and negative reviews on the Play Store.

The fans termed it as disrespectful and stated that they will continue to trend the hashtag until AltBalaji doesn’t issue an apology.
