KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI : A SNEAK PEEK OF 25 LAKH RUPEES QUESTION

The hype of Kaun Banega crorepati is truly justified , afterall the host is the OG Shahenshah, the BiG B Amitabh Bachchan on the hotseat. The recent episode which premiered on September 16 maintained the standards of curiosity. Alpesh Parmar showcased his knowledge by confidently answering various questions on diverse topics. He bagged the amount of Rs 12.5 lakh with his mindfulness but had to quit the game as he didn’t know the answer of the question worth 25 lakh rupees.

The question was  “Which Indian filmmaker played the role of Gasim in the Oscar-winning film Lawrence of Arabia?”. The options were “A. Prithviraj Kapoor, B. IS Johar, C. Raj Khosla and D. Mehboob Khan.”

The correct answer was option B. IS Johar.

Indian filmmaker and actor IS Johar played the role of Gasim in director David Lean’s 1962 epic war adventure Lawrence of Arabia, which won seven Academy Awards. Gasim was a man rescued by Lawrence, a character essayed by Peter O’Toole, during a treacherous desert crossing. 

Alpesh Parmar became the part of the event along with his wife and son where his son proudly called his father , “the best father in the world” and lauded his thepla-making skills.
