India Shines at World Para Athletics Nishad Simran Strike Gold in New Delhi

World Para Athletics 2025 in New Delhi.
India performance very well and won two Gold and two Bronze medals to move to fourth place in the medal tally.

A most attractive thing in the day is Nishad Kumar’s Gold medal. He made a record in T47 High Jump clearing 2.14 m. This is the Asia record. This is his first achievement in the world and it came on his birthday on 26th. This gold medal is the best thing in his career. With this in women Simran Sharma won 100 m T12 in 11.95 seconds. She ran very well with her guide and gave a great performance.

India’s medal tally was completed by Preethi Pal who won Bronze in Women 200 m T35 and Pardeep Kumar who won Bronze in Men Discus Throw F64 with 46.23 m throw
With this performance India has now 15 medals in total: 6 Gold 5 Silver 4 Bronze. India’s performance is very good and there is hope to do even better before the championships end.

This shows the strength and talent of Indian para-athletes in both track and field events India’s athletes worked hard and gave their best on home ground. The World Para Athletics 2025 is giving a proud moment to the whole country.
