FIR against Babaji and few more for launching unproven booty for corona cure and misleading public

On Saturday, it was said by police, an FIR has been filed against Baba Ramdev and 2 of his workers and two top officials of the national institute of medical sciences. It is done as Yoga Guru’s Patanjali Research Institute has recently made a trial on COVID-19 cure as a misleading cure.

Sudhir Kumar Upadhyay, who is the house officer of the city’s Jyoti Nagar police station has said, “the FIR filed by advocate Balbir Jakhar on Friday, has named Baba Ramdev, CEO Acharya Balkrishna, Patanjali scientist Anurag Varshney, NIMS Chairman Balbir SinghTomar and NIMS director AnuragTomar. The complaint says that they have misled people by mentioning a cure for COVID-19 has been formulated by the name ‘coronil’.”

On Friday, NIMS carried out a scientific study on impacts of Indian Traditional Ayurveda Treatment for COVID-19 on the behalf of Patanjali Research Institute, Haridwar. After the study got completed, Patanjali claimed to be the first ayurvedic remedy ‘coronil’ for patients migrating from mild to moderate condition and symptoms. In addition, NIMS also claimed that it has a 100% positive effect on the patients who have received it. When the public made a trial of this medicine, Rajasthan Heath Department made a question regarding why has it not be informed of whom and how many patients have this medicine been tested. NIMS had to submit the answer by Saturday evening but it didn’t.

During this, a lawyer has filed a PIL before the Rajasthan High court to ban the sale of ‘coronil’ till the disputes related to it are not settled. The court is yet to hear the PIL.
