Delhi’s air quality plunges to ‘very poor’
Delhi Pollution has gone to its extent. The Air quality is so bad in Delhi right now. Days ahead of Diwali, Delhi’s air quality has plunged to very poor. Seventeen of the 37 air quality monitoring stations in the national capital recorded the overall AQI in the “very poor” category, according to data of the Central Pollution Control Board.
Delhi can’t bear more pollution and burning crackers on this Diwali could be very harmful to people. Delhi’s AQI has reached 271 that is poor. An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered ‘good’, 51 and 100 ‘satisfactory’, 101 and 200 ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 ‘poor’, 301 and 400 ‘very poor’, and 401 and 500 ‘severe’.Delhi people have been breathing very polluted air for 1 month approximately.
The neighbouring cities, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad has also been facing pollution spike lately.
