Delhi Faces Freezing Cold Weather As Temperature Drops To 2.9c, IMD Reports Cold Wave Alert

Delhiites woke up to cold weather on Sunday morning as temperature drops to low 2.9 degree Celsius in Ayanagar, Palam recorded minimum temperature of 3 degree. As per reported by India Metrological Department (IMD) data. Safdarjung the primary weather monitoring station of Delhi recorded temperature of 4.8 degrees celsius.

IMD issued a cold wave alert though the 4.8 degree celsius minimum temperature is 2.6 degrees more than seasonal average.

Ridge area registered 3.7 degrees celsius low temperature Lodhi road 4.6 degree celsius temperature the lowest and highest temperature is expected to be 1.6 to 3 degree celsius below normal today.
