Deep Sidhu arrested again just after getting bail by Delhi court
Punjabi Actor and then activist Deep Sidhu, accused in the violence at the red fort on Republic day was bailed by Delhi court on conditions of signing a personal bond with two sureties of 30,000 each is now again arrested by crime branch from Tihar jail in an FIR lodged by Archaeological survey of Indian reg damage to the monument by the rioters.
Deep Sidhu is an Indian actor and activist who works in Punjabi language films. he entered in politics during 2019 Indian general election and campaigned for Gurdaspur BJP MP Sunny Deol. The 36 years old deep was arrested on 9th Feb from Haryana’s karnal after the scenes of chaos and clash in Delhi Red fort. He was accused by farmer leaders of trying to void their protest.
Sidhu was arrested on 9th of February, FIR registered for offence under a Sections under the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, and Section 3 of the Prevention of Destruction of Public Property Act in connection with the tractor rally violence at Red Fort on Republic day. Deep was the main traitor behind the violence at red fort.
Delhi government granted bail to deep Sidhu on signing a personal bond with two surety. He was also asked to submit his passport, should not change phone number and to cooperate with investigating officers. And before he stepped out of Tihar, Delhi police crime branch arrested him again.
