Comedian Raju Srivastava, who ruled the hearts of fans with his comedy, had a heart attack while exercising in the gym. According to reports, while exercising on the treadmill, he suddenly had chest pain and fell down. He has been admitted to AIIMS, where his condition is stable. Raju Srivastava is 58 years old and he is known for his better fitness. In many cases, it has been seen that during exercise in the gym, people get a condition like heart attack or cardiac arrest. Many times, due to the gym, there are changes in the ECG of our heart, but people ignore them. Doing this causes a heart attack. Dr. Vanita Arora says that in order to build a good body in a short time, all the youth do gym by taking supplements, but this should not be done. After taking the supplement, the heart beat becomes normal by doing gym. This can lead to sudden cardiac arrest. It is also not right to spend hours in the gym to build a body quickly. Exercise should be done in a limit. Gym should also be done under a qualified trainer, so that problems can be avoided.

According to Dr. Vanita Arora, people suffering from heart disease are generally not advised to go to the gym and exercise. They can stay fit by going to the park and walking 4 km in 40 minutes. However, those who want to hit the gym, they should first talk to a cardiologist. Do not spend more than 20 minutes on the treadmill. Weight training should not be done. If you want to do aerobics, then do it for a while.
