Arjun Tendulkar Takes 2nd 5-Wicket Haul in 3 Games, Mumbai U-19 team Wins
Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar took a fifer in the Cooch Behar Trophy Under-19 match between Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh, his second in three matches, to help Mumbai beat Railways in Under-19 Trophy.
Continuing his good season in the age-group cricket, the junior Tendulkar picked up a five-for as Mumbai humiliated Railways in the Cooch Behar Trophy in Mumbai. Arjun’s fifer came in the second innings which helped his team beat Railways by an innings and 103 runs.
In a match that ended in a draw, Mumbai had taken a first-innings lead and Tendulkar ran through the Madhya Pradesh top order in the second innings. Arjun took wickets of the top four batsmen and the Madhya Pradesh number 9 completing his fifer.

Arjun grabbed a few eyeballs when he bowled to Virat Kohli and others at the Wankhede Stadium ahead of their first ODI against New Zealand in Mumbai. 18-year-old Arjun bowled at the nets as soon as the team’s training session, ahead of the three-match rubber.
