Angelina Jolie dating The Weeknd ? Spent hours in restaurant together

According to reports, Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd (born Abel Makkonen Tesfaye) were photographed together at Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California.

The reports stated that “the couple reportedly spent hours at the restaurant before leaving separately to avoid raising suspicion.”

The two may have become friends because of their mutual love for Ethiopia–the Canadian-born singer’s parents are Ethiopians, and Angelina Jolie adopted her 16-year-old daughter Zahara Marley from Ethiopia.

Furthermore, according to The New York Times, The Weeknd just announced that he will donate $1 million to Ethiopia, which is now experiencing turmoil in its Tigray Region.

In April, the “Blinding Lights” singer offered his thoughts on Ethiopia’s present challenges on Instagram.

“My heart hurts for my Ethiopian people as innocent citizens, from tiny children to the elderly, are being senselessly slain and entire villages are being displaced due to terror and damage,” the 31-year-old actress stated. “I will donate $1 million to the United Nations World Food Programme to provide 2 million meals, and I encourage others to do the same.”

The Hackers actress, 46, wore a beige trench coat, black top, and nude-pink heels on the supposed date night. Her hair was straight and down, and she accessorized with a clutch and a face mask.

From head to toe, The Weeknd wore a dark denim ensemble. He donned a black tee and necklace underneath his jacket, as well as black boots.
