A Couple didn’t wait any longer and tied knot at Gurudwara just after religious places reopen
Not even a day passed by to reopening of religious places and devotees are already visiting to these places for offering prayers and other ceremonies.
Amidst this, earlier on today, a wedding ceremony took place at a Gurudwara in Noida, sector 18. The wedding was actually scheduled to take place on April 5 but had to be postponed due to lockdown restrictions for the prevention from Covid-19. Well, the couple didn’t wait any longer , took permissions from Noida Authority and tied knots today at a Gurudwara as soon as the religious places reopened today.
The couple strictly adhered to all the necessary precautionary measures to perform the wedding ceremony and was a micro family affair.The couple was seen wearing masks and other members also followed social distancing norms.
Manvinder Singh, the groom said, “Our wedding was scheduled for April 5 but couldn’t take place due to lockdown. We got permission from Noida Authority after announcement of #Unlock1 & tied the knot”.
This is not the first wedding that has taken place during the coronavirus outbreak even after imposition of the lockdown but is first of the time after reopening of the religious places as per the phase 1 of Unlock 1.0.
