After a long wait of more than three decades the Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has finally created history The superstar who ruled millions of hearts for years has now ruled the most prestigious stage of Indian cinema the National Film Awards.

At the 71st National Film Awards 2025, Shah Rukh Khan bagged the Best Actor award for his blockbuster film Jawan. Yes, you read that right the man who gave countless memorable performances finally got his first National Award! The award was shared with actor Vikrant Massey for 12th Fail and the honour was presented by President Draupadi Murmu at Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi. This moment turned emotional not just for SRK but also for the entire Bollywood industry.
