Bollywood and Tamil cinema. Born in 1988 in Delhi, Kapoor has steadily made a name for herself
since her debut in 2013.
Vaani Kapoor started her journey in the entertainment industry as a model and appeared in various
television commercials before making her film debut. Her first major role was in the Bollywood
romantic comedy “Shuddh Desi Romance,” produced by Yash Raj Films, where she starred alongside
Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra. Her performance in this film earned her critical acclaim
as well as the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
Following her successful debut, Kapoor continued her association with Yash Raj Films, which helped
