WCL Begins – All Legends Come Together Once Again

The World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025 begins from 18 July to 2 August in England.
India Legends are the defending champions in the league.
Cricket fans are ready to see their legends again.

In this tournament, six cricketing nations are participating — India, Pakistan, South Africa, West Indies, Australia, and England.
England is the host for this tournament.
Teams will battle in a single round-robin format, followed by knockouts. Around 18 matches will be played in total.
There are four official venues: Birmingham, Northampton, Leicester, and Leeds.
This tournament is officially approved by the ECB — the only legends league with such recognition.
The opening match was played between England and Pakistan.
Pakistan won the match by 5 runs.
Mohammad Hafeez was the Player of the Match.
India will play their first match on July 20 against Pakistan.
Yuvraj Singh is the captain of India, and Shahid Afridi is the captain of Pakistan.
