‘Who is BTS’: Alka Yagnik asked daughter after topping Highest Youtube Streams list beating Kpop group

5th April 2023 (New Delhi): A few months ago, singer Alka Yagnik became the most streamed artist on YouTube in the year 2022. Alka was on top in this list. In terms of streaming, he also left behind BTS, Blackpink and Taylor Swift to hold the Guinness World Record.

Sayesha Kapoor told her about the global icon ‘Kpop’

Alka told that she was not very happy about this success, because she had no idea of the importance of this record.
In an interview to Radio Nasha, Alka Yagnik said- I didn’t know about BTS, my daughter Sayesha told me about the global icon of pop and what it means to leave them behind in terms of numbers.

Talking about music career, Alka said- ‘As long as people keep liking my work, I don’t care about numbers. More or less numbers do not matter to me.

Alka further said- ‘The people who are listening to me, they are loving me. They have liked me and accepted me with open arms for so many years. This in itself is a big deal for me. I am really thankful to get this achievement.
