Stump-mic chatter: MS Dhoni’s sarcastic quips on field proves he is master of the game

The Men in Blue have been a formidable force in limited overs cricket for quite some time now. As India absolutely dominated the Proteas in the second One-Day International, we were treated to some phenomenal leadership on the field. The stump mic has caught it all.

While Virat Kohli leads the Men in Blue from the front, Dhoni still can be witnessed manipulating field settings. In tricky situations, Kohli does not hesitate to take the advice of his predecessor. Dhoni is quite talkative behind the stumps and we were once again treated to what he had to say about the match because of the stump mic.

Referring to Kohli as ‘Cheeku’, Dhoni also was heard taking a call on field placements.
