Shewings Foundation Faces LinkedIn Lockout
The Shewings Foundation, a beacon of hope and support for millions, is grappling with an unexpected and disruptive challenge. Known for its transformative work across the globe, Shewings has been instrumental in uplifting the lives of those in need—whether providing life-saving drugs, healthcare facilities, or aid to flood and homeless victims. With over 30 million people reached, the foundation has made a profound impact on countless lives.
However, the organization recently faced an unforeseen setback when its LinkedIn account was suspended without any prior notice or explanation. The account, which boasted over 6000+ connections including professional journalists, corporate companies, and government officials, was a vital tool for the foundation’s outreach and communication.

The abrupt suspension has left the foundation’s executives and supporters in a state of dismay. Shivendra Pandey, Chief Planning Officer at Shewings Foundation, expressed the gravity of the situation in a statement:
“We are in a very troublesome situation; all our resources and connections have vanished all of a sudden. People are crying and calling us. We are helpless. We have requested LinkedIn management to be generous enough and restore our LinkedIn account so that our operations can resume.”
The impact of this suspension extends beyond just the organizational level. For individuals like Pushpa from Tehri, Uttarakhand, the Shewings Foundation has been a lifeline. She shared her distressing experience, saying:
“Since my husband passed away, the Shewings Foundation has been my sole source of support. I am deeply concerned about their LinkedIn account suspension as it disrupts their ability to help people like me.”
Similarly, Ram Naresh from Churu District, a cancer patient, has reached out to the foundation for urgent assistance. In his message, he urged:
“I have been relying on Shewings Foundation for crucial support during my treatment. This sudden suspension of their LinkedIn account is concerning and could affect the aid they provide to patients like me.”
Despite the foundation’s efforts to connect with LinkedIn and resolve the issue, a response from the Linkedln platform remains awaited. The Shewings Foundation is calling for a swift resolution to restore their account and continue their vital work without interruption.
