After a battle for CM’s post, Yogi Aditya Nath seems to be the dark horse of BJP. As per sources, PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah was directed by Top RSS leader, with such news Shah was not happy. In 2014 also PM Narendra Modi did not share the warm relation with MP Yogi and even he was not a part of the campaign committee for UP Assemble election. RSS had to force BJP to include Varun Gandhi and yogi Adityanath as star campaigner.

BJP won a massive victory in Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections because of huge Modi Magic.There was a ‘manthan’ going on from Delhi to Lucknow that who is going to be the CM.There were several speculations for the name of CM, after all, it ended on Yogi.

1) With massive seats in BJP’s favour, the party has the freedom to choose the name of CM:-

BJP gaining 312 seats out of 403 with a marvellous majority, there was no problem for BJP to choose UP CM. Biggest contender for CM post-Rajnath Singh took his name back after that Yogi wave won over Manoj Sinha and Keshav Prasad Maurya.

2) Radical Hindu leader Yogi Adityanath is said to have a close relationship with RSS:-

MP Yoginath is a Mahant in Gorakhnath temple and he is also the founder of Hindu Yuva Vahini. Yogi has been seen making radical statements on Love Jihad and Ram Temple issue.Through his Hindu Vahini he has been uniting the youths for nationalist and cultural issues in west and putting all of them in his favour is a successful move by Yogi.After the promise of reconstruction of Ram Mandir made by BJP which made them come back in power. 3) Solid hold on grassroots and long experience in politics:-

Yogi Aditya Nath has been MP from Gorakhpur for five times.In 2014 Yogi Aditya Nath won his seat by more than 3,00,000 seats.In 2009 as well Yogi managed to win his seat by more than 2,00,000 seats.In west, it is to say Yogi Aditya Nath has held on more than 60 seats

4) Other contenders for CM, were not having strong hold on the ground:-

Other leaders who were the contenders for the position of CM were not having the strong hold on ground, this went in favour of Yogi. Yogi has a strong support of more than 60 seats from West and he has been an MP from Gorakhpur for five times.After the resignation of Yogi from his MP seat from Gorakhpur, it is fixed that BJP is only going to grab that seat.
