Shocking: FIR lodged against Shilpa Shetty and her husband: Know reason

FIR lodged against Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra by Mumbai -based businessman for allegedly dumping him for Rs1.51 crore . Read the full story to know about it :

The FIR was registered on Saturday in Bandra police station against Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra by Mumbai based businessman Nitin Barai and some other person’s for dumping him for Rs 1.51 crore.

The complainant alleged that in July in 2014,Kaashif Khan the director of SFL fitness company ,along with Shetty, Kundra and others asked him to invest Rs1.51 crore into enterprise to earn the profit. The complainant claimed he was assured that SFL Fitness Company will provide him franchise and open a gym and spa at Hadaspar and Koregaon in neighbouring Pune, but did not materialise, as per the FIR. Later, when complainant sought his money back he was allegedly threatened ,the police official said quoting the complaint.

The reaction of Shilpa Shetty is very clear from her Twitter post in which she said “Woke up to FIR registered against Raj and my name!Shocked!!! To set record straight ,SFL Fitness , a venture run by Kashiff Khan. He had taken naming rights brands to SFL to open SFL Fitness gyms around the country .All deals were struck by him and he was signatory in banking and day-to-day affairs. We are not aware about any of his transactions nor we gave received a single rupee from him for same. All franchise’s dealt directly with Kashiff .The company was closed in 2014 and was entirely handled by Kashiff Khan ”

Based on the complaint, FIRwas registered under various sections of Indian Penal Code including 420(cheating),120-B(criminal conspiracy),506(criminal intention),34 (common intention), he said the investigation was underway.
Earlier, Porn racket case was registered against Raj Kundra and after sometime he got bail from Mumbai High Court.
