Roof plaster falls off in Hyderabad Hospital, Doctors are treating patient wearing Helmet

The roof plaster in Osmania General Hospital in Hyderabad falls on Friday. The hospital staffs have demanded for an urgent repair in the building.

The incident took place few days after the doctors of the hospital protested for poor infrastructure. The plaster fall off at room 502, Department of Radiology in the old building of Osmania.

“Fortunately no one was injured in the incident”, Telangana Junior Doctors Association (TJDA) President Dr. PS Vijayendra told ANI. He further said, “We have demanded reconstruction of the building for a safe working environment for both staffs and patient. The incident came into light after it went viral on social media”.

A video went viral where doctors were seen treating patients by wearing helmet, it clearly highlighted the condition of building.
