J&K Girls in Jamia Milia Islamia on protest demanding cooler to combat summer heat

Jamia Milia Islamia girls from Jammu & Kashmir staged a massive protest demanding coolers to combat this hot summer. This protest was staged post after several students including boys and girls fell sick and were admitted to hospitals for further treatment.

The girls demanded the college authorities equip the hostel with coolers as temperatures soared in the national capital during summers. Girls gathered around 10 PM around the authority premises and demanded a plea to assemble the hostel rooms with coolers. A video was captured and went viral on internet showing the girls chanting slogans such as “We want coolers” and “Down with tyranny”. 

The students of top university that produce top level doctors, bureaucrats, engineers and journalist as well are currently struggling for coolers at their hostel premises. The question that marks the genuineness of the bulk fund allocated by the government of India to this university is being used in the right direction or wrong?
