Big Breaking: Maharashtra will be under Lockdown till 30th April – Uddhav Thackeray

Amid the speculation of extended the nationwide lockdown, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray is the CM among all other chief ministers of different states who has announced to extend the lockdown till April 30. Uddhav’s statement came soon after Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with Chief Ministers on the rising concerns amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Maharashtra CM said, “On Monday we’ll complete 5 weeks of being locked down state and I’m hereby pleased to announce that till now our government is efficient in controlling the coronavirus outbreak to some extent.”

Maharashtra is the most infected coronavirus state in India. Till now there has been a 1018 corona positive case with 64 deaths. Uddhav Thackeray’s decision to extend the lockdown duration seems fair for the people of Maharashtra.
