MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan tested positive for coronavirus: Know More

The big news is coming from Madhya Pradesh right now. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has been found to be Corona positive. He himself informed about it by tweeting. This is the first incident of a chief minister in the country getting infected with the coronavirus. The ambulance reached Chief Minister Shivraj’s residence in Bhopal after being found corona positive.

Earlier, Shivraj tweeted and informed about his being found Corona positive. He wrote in the tweet, “My dear people, I was having symptoms of the corona, after the test my report has come up positive. I appeal to all my colleagues that whoever has come in contact with me, get their corona test done. People living with me move to Quarantine.”

In another tweet, he wrote that “I am following all the instructions related to the coronavirus. I will quarantine myself following the doctor’s advice. I appeal to the people of my state to be careful, just a little carelessness invites Corona. I made every effort to avoid Corona, but people continued to meet me on many topics.”

In another tweet he wrote, “I have been advised by doctors to be hospitalized, I am going to be admitted to # COVID19 Dedicated Viva Hospital. The corona patient should not insist that we stay home quarantine or go to the hospital. We should follow the instructions of the doctors.”

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that “In my absence, this meeting will now be held by Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Urban Development and Administration Minister Bhupendra Singh, Health Education Minister Vishwas Sarang and Health Minister Dr. PR Chaudhary. I myself will continue to make every effort to control corona in the state during treatment.”
