If you have been someone who has always been curious and excited about visiting Madame Tussauds but could never visit it, here is a news that will make you happy. Merlin Entertainments, a leading visitor attraction operator announced that the branch of the world-famous wax museum Madame Tussauds is all set to make its great Indian debut in Delhi in 2017.
In a media statement, Merlin Entertainments Chief New Openings Officer John Jakobsen said,
“We are delighted to be announcing that our 22nd Madame Tussauds attraction will be opening in Delhi. Ever since we introduced Amitabh Bachchan as the first Bollywood figure in Madame Tussauds London in 2000, we have seen how Madame Tussauds appeals to the Indian consumer…having a permanent attraction in the heart of the country’s capital made perfect sense for the evolution of the Madame Tussauds story.”
An agency report further states that the museum is all set to be launched mid-next year in the Regal Cinema at Connaught Place and will be spread over two floors.
