Kanhaiya Kumar faces protest by locals while addressing a rally in Begusarai

Kanhaiya Kumar, a communist party representative from Bihar’s Begusarai coonstituency faced protest in a village while addressing a rally in Begusarai. A few youths of the village ‘gheraod’  Kumar, and asked him what kind of ‘azaadi’ or ‘freedom’ did he want.

In a viral video on social media, a man can be seen confronting Kumar regarding the infamous JNU incident in 2016, during which Kumar, along with another student leader Umar Khalid, had allegedly raised anti-national slogans as well as a chant of ‘azaadi’.
