In Their First Meet Yogi Government Delivered What They Promised

On Tuesday Yogi Adityanath held his first cabinet meeting after 15 days he took oath as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister. Every decision made by the state cabinet has given us a glimpse of how Yogi Adityanath’s government policies will pave the way in upcoming days.

Shri Kant Sharma and Sidharth Nath Sharma addressed the media in which they announced crucial decisions taken by the Government.

UP government fulfilled one of the major promises made in their manifesto, which was Farmer’s loan waiver. The government has waived the loan of 36 lakh farmers up to 1 lakh rupees taken until 31st March 2017. This will totally cost the government 30729 crores of Rupees. According to estimates, the combined outstanding farm loan in the states is around 62,000 crores.

Another decision was to ban Illegal slaughterhouses in the state. Till now 26 illegal slaughter houses have already been shut down. While addressing the media ministers assured that whatever SC and National Green Tribunal have given the orders on illegal slaughterhouse, that will be followed by the government.

With that, they also added that wheat production has been increased in the state and CM will open 7000 new wheat centres.

Anti Romeo Squad which was initiated by UP Govt will be more encouraged so that Women in UP can feel safe and secure. Police officers who are harassing the innocent will be punished strictly.

They also focused on Potato farming which is a major crop production in the state. To give more boost to this project, a new committee will be formed which will be chaired by Keshav Prasad Maurya. The purpose of this committee is to solve the problems faced by the farmers.

To control the Illegal mining, strict action will be taken against the Mining mafias by the UP Govt. With this, new industrial schemes will be initiated, so that the youth of the UP can get maximum opportunities within the state. That committee will involve Satish Mahan, Rajesh Aggarwal and headed will be Dr Dinesh Sharma.

And to encourage the youths for Sports, UP Govt has come up with an ambitious plan in which it will establish sports complex in Gazipur that will cost around 200 crores. All the decisions taken in the meeting is applaudable but their implementation will be seen in near future.
