Since PM Narendra Modi has given the slogan of ‘Digital India’ everyone including the citizens of the country to the ministers of the country has started taking the initiatives to promote the campaign. Soon after this slogan we saw all the ministers of the BJP being active on the social media platforms and began joining the twitter. Some fighting some giving their opinions and some helping the people of the country.
Our foreign affairs minister Smt. Sushma Swaraj is one of the ministers who is very active on social media that she has started a trend to reply to the tweets of the common people. Not ver long a few days ago a man tweeted Smt. Sushma that his refrigerator is not working and she replied with all the grace.
And yet again a man has tweeted Sushma Swaraj that he is physically disabled and cannot go to the passport office to get his passport done. She retweeted his tweet saying that he should fill the form and give his details to her. A BJP worker would take him to the passport office.
Now, it is a matter of thought that is this digital India bringing common people or citizens of the country close? Or it is just a platform of the public showcase of your opinions and concerns.
