Even ambassadors are not safe from snatchers in India
Snatching in India took its very own International level when Ukraine’s ambassador to India Igor Polikha was taking a selfie near Red Fort on 20th of September, and his cellphone got stolen. Yeah, you heard that right.
From snatching gold chains to purses and wallets, this is what the snatchers have progressed to. Well that’s not a good example being set. An ambassador’s phone might contain sensitive information and all we can do is pray that the information might not get misused.
