It feels exciting when you see your favourite television stars making it big in the Hindi Film Industry. Seeing the journey of your favourite TV actors from working for small TV screen to the big silver screen inspires every aspiring actor.
Television has given us many superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Vidya Balan and of course Late Sushant Singh Rajput. But sometimes your old relationships get affected while you are climbing your ladder to success. Same thing has likely happened to these former TV stars who have finally made their place on the big screen.

- Sushant Singh Rajput- Ankita Lokhande:
Sushant Singh Rajput proved himself as a promising young talent after his Zee TV hit show Pavitra Rishta where he met his ex- girlfriend Ankita Lokhande who was also played love interest of Sushant’s character in the show. Things were going great as Sushant got his much-awaited break in Abhishek Kapoor’s Kai Po Che! But after some time, things came to downhill as they broken up after being in a living relationship for over 6 years due to Sushant’s busy work schedule.
2. Karan Singh Grover- Jennifer Winget:
Karan Singh Grover was married twice before marrying Bipasha Basu in 2016. First, he got married to television actress Shraddha Nigam in 2008 but their marriage couldn’t survive a year and then he hitched to his Dill Mill Gayye co- star Jennifer Winget in 2012. Things were going well until the couple had to end their marriage in 2014 as they became busy in their work post marriage. According to the BollywoodLife report, Karan had stated that this marriage was a mistake.
3. Eijaz Khan- Anita Hassanandani:
Eijaz Khan is one of the most well known actors of both Indian television as well as the movie industry. Khan was in a relationship with the actress Anita Hassanandani. But the relationship didn’t work well as the actor could not make the balance between his personal and professional life. In Rajeev Khandelwal’s talk show JuzzBaat, Eijaz Khan confessed that he has cheated on one of his girlfiends.
4. Mouni Roy- Mohit Raina:
Mouni Roy and Mohit Raina became the best on- screen as well as off- screen couple since they starred in Life OK’s hit mythological show Devon ke Dev… Mahadev. However, they both did not spoke much about their relationship to media. But after a few years of struggle, Roy made an amazing Bollywood debut in Akshay Kumar’s Gold, things were not going well between the two. On being asked about her relationship with Mohit, she said, “I am single and have been so for a long time. Mohit and I are not even friends.” After Gold she did John Abraham’s Romeo Akbar Walter and did Made In China with Rajkumar Rao later that year.
5. Amit Sadh- Neeru Bajwa:
Amit Sadh has proved himself as a versatile actor after we saw him in Abhishek Bachchan’s Breathe Into the Shadows. But many people doesn’tknow about Kai Po Che! actor’s relationship with Neeru Bajwa who is a Punjabi film actress. They both have appeared together in Guns and Roses and dance reality show Nach Baliye. The couple were living together but later ended the relationship in 2010. In an interview with Quint, Amit Sadh said that Neeru has transformed him from a man to woman. His life torn apart when she left him.
