Srishti Goswami, a Haridwar based teenage girl is all set to pull off the role of a one day CM in a real-life, a rendition of the Anil Kapoor starrer Nayak – The tale of the one day Chief Minister.
On the occasion of the National Girl Child Day on January 24, Haridwar resident Srishti Goswami will take charge as the chief minister of Uttarakhand for one day during the child assembly session in Dehradun.
Srishti will administer from Gairsain, the summer capital of the state, and will review various schemes run by the state government.
Srishti is a BSC Agricultural seventh semester student at BSM PG College Roorkee and a resident of Daulatpur village in Haridwar district .Srishti Goswami became the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Bal Vidhan Sabha in 2018.
Srishti Goswami will review various schemes run by the Trivender Singh Rawat government in Uttarakhand. These schemes will include Atal Ayushman Scheme, Smart City Project, Home Stay Scheme by the tourist department, and other development projects.
It is reported that before Srishti takes over the office, the officials of various departments under the Uttarakhand Government are going to give a five Minute presentation each on their plans.
For the unversed, Nayak is a 2001 film in which Anil Kapoor plays the role of one day CM and takes rapid actions which positively affected the people of his state. In the movie, Anil works as a journalist and takes up the challenge of being a one-day CM.
