Karun Nair to become the First Indian Test Cricketer who scored 300+ runs in his debut Series
Karun Nair has created the history just after his debut in test cricket. He has scored individual 300+ score for the Indian team in the current on-going Test Series between India and England. This is the highest runs scored by any batsman against England at no.4 batting position. Before this, the record holder was Virat Kohli with 235 runs against England batting at no.4 position.
This 25 year old cricketer is from Karnataka and he had played his early cricket for Karnataka only. Nair was the only reason behind Karnataka cricket team to win Ranji trophy after the long term wait of 15 years for the Ranji title.
The first 300 ton scorer Virender Sehwag took to twitter and wishes Karun Nair on joining the club which had been empty for more than 12 years.
