Apart from Kate’s dress literally breaking the internet, fans have eagerly been waiting for news of the Royal couple’s honeymoon plans. After multiple reports, it’s believed that the couple will be heading to Canada for their honeymoon.
Amidst rumours, it’s believed that Meghan and Harry are heading to Alberta, Canada’s Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. According to a report, the couple will be staying at the 6,000 sq feet Outlook cabin which is the ‘The Royal Retreat.”
A source revealed that “the resort ordered some gear and goodies it doesn’t normally keep on hand for Meghan and Harry. It’s unclear exactly when they’ll be arriving, but we’re told both British and Canadian security will be involved when they do.”
Alberta is considered a Canadian Paradise which has a rich history of royal guests which includes King George VI and The Queen Mother, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. The destination is also a hit among Hollywood A-listers which include John Travolta and Anthony Hopkins.
A report in Telegraph UK says, “The cabin is nicknamed “the Royal retreat” and can cost from around £2,000 up to around £5,000 a night, according to online booking websites.”
Seems like the perfect getaway for the Royal couple.
