1.Unlock 5 Guidelines issued in Sept to remain in force till Nov 30, Says Centre

The Unlock 5 guidelines issued in September by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will remain in force till 30 November, The Central Government said on Tuesday.

The guidelines issued last month had a reopening of cinema halls, swimming pools for sports training, and gathering with restrictions.

The guidelines also state that international travel, except those permitted by the Centre, would remain shut while state and UT governments are provided the flexibility to decide on reopening of schools and coaching institutions in a graded manner.

2.Veteran Actor Naresh Kanodia passes away at 77 due to COVID-19

Legendary Gujarati film actor- turned – politician Naresh Kanodia passed away at UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Center in Ahmedabad.

Naresh Kanodia was admitted to the hospital on October 20 after testing positive for coronavirus, was in a critical condition, and has undergone bypass surgery.

The Gujarati film superstar died two days after his elder brother and former BJP MP from Patan LokSabha constituency, Mahesh who was also a legendary Gujarati singer-musician, died following prolonged illness at his residence.

3. Ab De Villiers Pulls Out of Big Bash League Due to Personal Reasons

Batting sensation Abraham Benjamin De Villiers has decided to pull out from the upcoming edition of the Big Bash League (BBL) as the former Proteas Skipper and his better half Danielle de Villiers are expecting the birth of their third child.

“The Heat were great to us last season and I am very open to returning to the club in the future. The team did not get the results we were hoping for and I consider there is some unfinished business to deal with,” de Villiers said in a post shared by the franchise, Brisbane Heat, on Twitter.

4. Udaan Actress Malvi Malhotra Stabbed by a Man, she refused to Marry

Television Actress Malvi Malhotra was stabbed with a knife by a man after she refused to marry him.

The incident took place at Fisheries University Road, Versova in Mumbai. Later she was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Malvi is best known for her appearance on hit television soap, Udaan. She also worked in a few Hindi, Malayalam, and Telegu Films such as Hotel Milan.
