Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of ‘Domestic Violence’ Claims She has Proof.

Actress Angelina Jolie who had parted ways with actor Brad Pitt in 2016 has now filed new court documents alleging domestic abuse during their ongoing divorce proceedings.

The filling, submitted on March 12 indicates that both Angelina and her children are willing to offer ‘proof and authority in support of their claims’ against her estranged husband Brad Pitt.

The court documents indicate that the actress will provide testimony herself along with that of her minor children.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt share six children – Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, and Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12.

According to the reports, the children could speak out freely in the divorce proceedings. However, Both Jolie and Pitt must give permission for the youngest children to testify while the older children can decide on their own whether they want to have their say.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been embroiled in a bitter custody and divorce battle since Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, ending their two-year – marriage.

Soon after the couple’s split, it was revealed that Pitt was being investigated by the FBI and child welfare services in Los Angeles related to reports that he got verbally abusive and physical with his children on a private jet while returning from Europe.

However, Pitt was subsequently cleared by the authorities earlier and now his representative says that Brad is hurt by his ex-wife’s latest attempt to damage his reputation.

“Over the past four and a half years there have been a number of claims made by Angelina that have been reviewed and not substantiated,” the representative told Us Weekly. “The children have been used by Angelina to hurt Brad before and this is more of that behavior. This leaking of documents by her fourth or fifth set of lawyers has been done to hurt Brad.”

For the unversed Bradd Pitt started dating Angelina Jolie after meeting her on the sets of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2004.

They separated in September 2016 and were declared legally single in April 2019 after their lawyers asked for a bifurcated judgment meaning that the two married people can be declared single while other issues including finances and child custody can remain.
