Priyanka Chopra’s cute video with the kids in Zimbabwe will bring a smile on your face – watch the video!
We know that along with a great sense of fashion, Priyanka Chopra also has fabulous perspective on life, which has made her the TV she is today! The lady is now in South Africa as part of the UNICEF initiative and thoroughly enjoying the time she is spending with survivors of child sexual abuse. The Quantico actress has lauded these fighters for their courage and resilience and seems to have won everyone’s heart at the UNICEF drive. Priyanka is a goodwill ambassador of the world body and is taking the role very seriously.
Sadly, many cases of crimes against children, especially sexual abuse have been reported from South Africa in recent years. It seems school-going children are the most vulnerable community. Priyanka also met kids from tribal communities as part of her initiative. The lady has shared a video where the girls are petting her hair. They seem to be damn impressed by Priyanka’s straight hair while she says she has to work hard to get curly locks. The lady tagged the video as: So my hair is apparently very fascinating!! It was so funny being petted!! It lasted a good 10 minutes.. Lol!! We are all beautifully different in so many ways. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that you are less.
The video has been clicked in Harare, Zimbabwe where Priyanka was stationed for a few days. She met local communities involved with the development of children in the area. Many of the girls/boys come from impoverished homes and work as laborers. The caregivers also rehabilitate kids who suffered sexual abuse. Priyanka said it was inspiring to meet people who were so selflessly involved with these kids
