No Fear No Favour

Only the 80’s and 90’s born will understand why we miss Govinda and his dance moves so much

‘Raste se ja raha tha, bhelpuri kha tha, ladki ghuma raha tha…
Tujhko mirchi lagi toh mai kya karu..”

Can you resist yourself singing along the lyrics, tapping your feet and moving your shoulders? No, Right?

Ok try one more

“Pak chik Pak Raja Babu, Chal Gaya koi jaadu, na raha dil pe kaabu kya kar gayi haseena”

“Sona kitna sona hai sone jaisa tera mann….Tu mera hero number 1”

And that, what you did with tapping your feet is what’s called ‘Govinda’s Magic’

Govida is definitely one of the rare celebs of Bollywood who we miss more than anything. Needless to say, Bollywood Dancing is incomplete without this ‘Hero No. 1’.

What ever Govinda does is super entertaining! His dance moves are nothing less, they are funny and super hilarious.
When you go to some marriage or some party all you can on the dance floor is a group of guys trying their hand hard on the new genres of dancing. You can see them tapping feet on hip-hop, locking-poping, break dancing and all you do is sit back on the chairs and miss the times when we used to dance ‘Govinda Style’. IT could be considered as the best time of Bollywood, when dancing like Govinda was the reason why we never hesitated to hit on the DJ floors.

And maybe this actor knows it well, that is why he keeps giving us small doses of his dance off-screen. Here are some instances where we got lucky enough to watch Govinda dancing to the tunes of him own songs again:

TV actress Ragini Khanna, his niece, uploaded a video that shows the two of them dancing to his hit song ‘What Is Mobile Number”, the chartbuster from the David Dhawan comedy Haseena Maan Jaayegi (1999), in which he starred alongside Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. This mind blowing dancing jodi of Mama-Bhanji will make your day!
