For your information, Katrina Kaif is 38 years old and Vicky Kaushal is 33 years old. Kangana Ranaut favoured this age gap between the couple and that this is a new step of breaking gender stereotypes.
Kangana Ranaut took her Instagram and wrote “Growing up we heard many stories of successful rich men marrying much younger women…for women to be seen more successful than their husband was seen as major crisis forget marrying a younger man after a certain age marriage was impossible for women….Nice to see such rich and successful people, leading ladies of Film Industry breaking the sexist norms…Kudos to men and women both for redefining gender stereotypes.”
Katrina Kaif hasn’t been only a single female star to marry a younger man than her. In 2018, Priyanka Chopra married international singer Nick Jonas, who is 10 years younger to her.Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bacchan too shares the age of three years.
Kangana,too,expressed her wish for getting married soon. In an interview she told “I definitely want to be married and have babies. I see myself as a mother five years down line and as a wife, and of course as someone who is actively participating in the vision of new India,” she said. When she was asked about her partner then she said “You will know soon.”
As for Vicky and Katrina, the couple has remained tight-lipped about their relationship. They have been rumored to be dating since 2019. The couple has been spotted together over past two years. Earlier this week Katrina and Vicky flew to Jaipur with their respective families. They checked into Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan to kick off their wedding festivities. The visuals from locations showed fort bieng lit up with lights to welcome couple.
