Karan Johar’s reaction to Alia Bhatt’s pregnancy news will you awestruck

July 7, 2022 (New Delhi): Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is about to become a mother. Alia married Ranbir Kapoor on 14th April 2022 and almost two months after the marriage, the actress made fans happy by giving her pregnancy news. Alia gave this good news by sharing a picture of her sonography on social media, after which celebs to fans were seen congratulating Alia and Ranbir. At the same time, now the reaction of filmmaker Karan Johar has come on Alia’s pregnancy. Karan told that when he got the news of Alia’s pregnancy, he was in tears.

Karan Johar has recently given an interview, in which he told that he cried after hearing the news of Alia’s pregnancy. Karan Johar said, “I cried. She came to my office. I remember I was having a bad hair day and I was sitting in a hoodie with a cap. And she told me this. My first emotion was that tears just came out and she came and gave me a hug. I was like I can’t believe you are having a baby. It was like your baby is having a baby. It was a very emotional moment for me, it still is.”

He also added, “I’ve seen her transforming from a girl into an outstanding artiste, into this wonderful self-assured woman. And I feel so much pride. Because really, my first burst of parenting was actually with her. She walked into my office when she was 17. She’s 29 today and these last 12 years have been magical for both of us because I share such a strong bond with her. I can’t wait to hold her baby in my arms. It will be a very emotional moment, as close to when I held my own children.”

Significantly, Karan Johar is bringing season seven of his popular chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’. The show will go on air from July 7 on the OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar. Alia Bhatt will be seen in the first episode of this show. Ranveer Singh will enter the show with Alia. Both will soon be seen in the film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. The film will be released in cinemas on 10 February 2023.
