Virat Kohli, Team India attend Bhuvneshwar Kumar-Nupur Nagar wedding reception

Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni and Cheteshwar Pujara were among a galaxy of Indian cricket stars at a wedding reception hosted by Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Nupur Nagar. The Right-arm pacer gave India’s second and third Test against Sri Lanka a miss as he got married to Nupur Nagar. The third Test is being played in New Delhi and the pacer decided to host the reception in the capital on Tuesday. The Indian cricket team players attended the function which was held at the Taj Palace Hotel

Bhuvneshwar had married Nupur on November 23 and after skipping the last two Test matches, he will join the India squad for the ODI and T20I series against the same opponents.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar hosted the reception and stars of the Indian cricket team were in attendance with their partners. Notably, Bhuvneshwar’s pace partners on the field were there.

Virat Kohli, who also hails from New Delhi, was also present at the wedding reception, He was wearing a black suit.
Cheteshwar Pujara shared a photo on his Instagram account with Bhuvneshwar Kumar and his wife Nupur. He wrote, “selfie time with the newlywed @imbhuvi and Nupur. #Reception.” as the caption.

Shikhar Dhawan attended the reception with wife Ayesha Mukherjee. While Dhawan was wearing a slate grey suit, Ayesha wore a navy blue Anarkali.

Ravindra Jadeja was also present at the wedding reception and he did an Instagram story from the function.

Indian pace duo Umesh Yadav and Ishant Sharma attended Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Nupur Nagar’s reception along with their wives and Indian cricket team’s physiotherapist Patrick Farhart.

Umesh Yadav, who has been Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s teammate in the Test team for long, was at the reception with his wife.
