Today is the 18th day of the winter session of Parliament. On the last day of the Winter Session of Parliament, i.e., today the 124th Constitution Amendment Bill will be introduced on the basis of reservation on economic basis. At the same time, the agenda of Rajya Sabha includes three Divorce Bill and Citizenship Amendment Bill, which has been passed earlier in the Lok Sabha.
The upper reservation bill has been passed by the Lok Sabha, but its examination remains in the Rajya Sabha so far. At 2 PM, the Constitution Amendment Bill, attached to 10 percent of the financially reserved for economically weaker sections of the general category.
As soon as the proceedings of the House began, TMC MP Sukhendu Shekhar Rai raised the issue of raising the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha without giving any explanation for the day, after which a lot of fury took place in the House.

The house without consensus has been extended for one day. ‘ Sharma alleged that there was no attempt to run the House on behalf of the government, and by going outside, they accuse the Opposition that the Opposition does not allow the house to run.
Replying to the government, BJP MP Vijay Goel said, “The concern of the House should be on that the proceedings of the House are being interrupted for the last 10 days. If the proceedings of the House have been extended for one day, then the government has its right under rule 266. The proceedings were extended for one day because many important bills were passed.
In the Rajya Sabha, Arun Jaitley said that the country hopes that the House will run. According to normal working days, we should have been working, most of them were adjourned for the day. An additional day has been kept in mind to consider the legislation.
