Dhaakad Teaser: Kangana plays with fire, bullets in slaying new video

The first teaser of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film ‘Dhaakad’ is out. Directed by Razneesh Razy Ghai, The film promises to be action-drama and will hit the theatres around Diwali in 2020.

If Kangana Ranaut impressed you with her last performance in ‘Judgemental hai kya’, then wait for her to slay in her upcoming mega action ‘Dhaakad.’ After intriguing her fans with the teaser, the makers have revealed the first look teaser of the movie. The first look shows Kangana sporting a ferocious look with gun blazing. She can be seen shooting point-blank and her fearless and unapologetic approach creates a lot of excitement.

Dhaakad is shot across multiple locations in India and overseas. It is a large-scale movie and will be mounted on a lavish budget. The makers have met directors from Hong Kong and Thailand for training for Gun-Fu, which is a mixture of martial arts and gun sequence.

Talking on the same Kangana said, “The guns that were used for the teaser were real and were very heavy. It took all my strength to lift one. My director Razy had a great time seeing me struggle with the machines having a good laugh. Hopefully, he will have me to use dummy guns for the shoot of the film.”

Kangana, in an earlier statement, had said that Dhaakad will prove to be a turning point for Indian cinema: “Dhaakad is not only a benchmark film for my career but will be a turning point for Indian cinema as well. The film is mounted on a large scale, is one of a kind female-led action film, and is apt for a Diwali release. If it is received well, there will be no looking back for women in Indian Cinema.”
