For the first time UPSC topper thanked his girlfriend publicly before media and his parents.

Kanishak kataria, a BTech from IIT Bombay, has topped the civil service examination. While he is still not believing that he is UPSC topper. Kanishak Kataria also thanked his girlfriend for his grand success.

“It’s very surprising moment. I never expected to get the 1st rank. I thank my parents, sister and my girl friend for their help and moral support. People will expect me to be a good administrator & that’s exactly my intention.” Kanishak Katatria, an IIT Bombay student, told news agency ANI.
