Anantnag Martyred Ketan Sharma family will get Ex-gratia of ₹25 lakh along with a job to a family member

During an encounter between the security forces and militants in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, Major Ketan Sharma was martyred. His contribution towards the country will not go empty handed. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has declared an ex-gratia amount of ₹25 Lakh to the family of martyr soldier along with a government job to one family member. UP CM has also promised to build a road in the name of martyr Ketan Sharma.

Ketan Sharma was part of 19 Rashtriya battalion of the Indian Army. Ketan lost his life fighting terrorist in Achabal area of Anantnag district in South Kashmir on June 17, in which a terrorist was also killed.
