The new Maharashtra government has so many surprising faces: Oath taking ceremony begins

Amid the clashes between the different political parties fighting for the throne of Maharashtra. ShivSena-NCP-Congress alliance finally formed the government. Ajit Pawar, once on the side of BJP has now been sworn in as Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

Uddhav Thackeray son Aditya Thackeray will also be given some important minister portfolio. Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ashok Chavan is likely to get the public works department portfolio, the sources said.

NCP leaders Dilip Walse Patil, Dhananjay Munde, and Congress’ Vijay Wadettiwar are sworn in as Cabinet ministers. From the Congress, KC Padvi, Vijay Wadettiwar, Amit Deshmukh, Sunil Kadar, Yashomati Thakur, Varsha Gaikwad and Aslam Sheikh, Satej Patil and Vishwajeet Kada are a part of the expanded cabinet.

The changemaker of 2019 Maharashtrian government Ajit Pawar is being sworn in as deputy CM for the 2nd time. He was held with the same position during Prithviraj Chavan’s era from 2010 to 2014.
